"POD" TRAINING GROUPS

In order to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 at Empower, members will now train in "PODS". These training groups are created either by members, or specifically created by us to ensure that players are training with players of similar level.

Each POD will have a dedicated day and time that they will train. Please book below according to your designated time slot.

If you are not currently a paid member with Empower, or would like to register with one of our "PODS", please send us an email at contact@empowerfutsal.com or click the button below.

POD TRAINING

HOW ARE WE DEALING WITH COVID AT EMPOWER FUTBOL?

The health and safety of our staff and players is most important to us.Though training will look differently for the time being, we strive to provide clients with the best possible experience.

You can expect smaller groups, non-contact games, and socially distanced "drills". Guest coaches, and strength and conditioning training will still continue, but will look differently. Players will be split into small groups, while practicing social distancing, and sanitizing spaces after use. Changing rooms will be used under careful instruction by one of our staff.

Staff will be required to wear proper PPE, and will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our space and equipment.

No staff or player will be able to participate in our clinics if they experience any COVID-related symptoms.

Prior to each session, players will have their temperature checked by a staff member, and will be asked to check into the "COVID app". Each day staff and players will be screened to ensure that they are not experiencing any symptoms. Staff and players will be required to wash their hands between all activities, and after using the washrooms.

We have been and will continue to work with our local MPP and Health Officials to ensure that we are staying current/practicing the latest COVID protocols.
