PA DAY CAMPS
Empower Futbol PA Day camps are offered to both boys and girls from age groups 8 to 14 who play competitive soccer at the club/academy level. We offer half-day and full day options. Our half-day option runs from 9am to 12pm, and our full day option runs from 9am to 4pm (before and aftercare available for an additional fee).
Late to register? No problem. You can still sign up at a prorated rate.
MOVE, LEARN, GROW
In a safe, classroom environment, participants will be in small socially-distanced groups working on various aspects of being an athlete. Some examples include; goal setting; self-esteem, and positive affirmations.
Our soccer sessions focus on the individual player. We pride ourselves on our ability to encourage, support, and teach our players soccer skills in fun, game-realistic environments. Let our qualified coaches make this PA Day your best one yet!
With brand-new equipment, and highly qualified strength & conditioning coaches, players will have a fun, and safe experience performing fitness activities suitable for their age, and abilities.
Players will learn something new, and walk away from the session stronger!
HOW ARE WE DEALING WITH COVID AT EMPOWER FUTBOL?
The health and safety of our staff and players is most important to us.Though training will look differently for the time being, we strive to provide clients with the best possible experience.
You can expect smaller groups, non-contact games, and socially distanced "drills". Guest coaches, and strength and conditioning training will still continue, but will look differently. Players will be split into small groups, while practicing social distancing, and sanitizing spaces after use. Locker rooms will not be utilized.
Staff will be required to wear proper PPE, and will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our space and equipment.
No staff or player will be able to participate in our clinics if they experience any COVID-related symptoms.
Prior to each session, players will have their temperature checked by a staff member, and will be asked to check into the "COVID app". Each day staff and players will be screened to ensure that they are not experiencing any symptoms. Staff and players will be required to wash their hands between all activities, and after using the washrooms.
We have been and will continue to work with our local MPP and Health Officials to ensure that we are staying current/practicing the latest COVID protocols.
