PREP FOR REP
Reach your goals, make "that team".
Our "Prep for REP" program is geared towards house league players (male and female) ages 10 to 15 who are looking to expand their playing career by entering the REP system.
The focus of this program is to enhance players' soccer skills (ball mastery, shooting, defending, attacking) through an 8-week training schedule designed by Coach Chelsea
Players attend at least one session a week (can attend more per week at an additional cost), while sessions are run by Empower Futbol trained and qualified paid coaches. Coach Chelsea will attend and monitor sessions every two weeks, and at the end of the 8-weeks, each player will receive a written evaluation

HOW ARE WE DEALING WITH COVID AT EMPOWER FUTBOL?
The health and safety of our staff and players is most important to us.Though camp will look differently this summer, we strive to provide clients with the best possible experience.
You can expect smaller groups, individual-based skills and agility training, non-contact games, and position-specific activities. Workshops, guest speakers, and strength and conditioning training, will still continue, but will look differently. Players will be split into small groups, while practicing social distancing, and sanitizing spaces after use. Changing rooms will not be used.
Staff will be required to wear proper PPE (where applicable), and will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our space and equipment.
No staff or player will be able to participate in camp if they experience any COVID-related symptoms. Each day staff and players will be screened to ensure that they are not experiencing any symptoms. Staff and players will be required to wash their hands between all activities, before and after eating, and after using the washrooms.
We have been and will continue to work with our local MPP and Health Officials to ensure that we are staying current/practicing the latest COVID protocols.
