Empower Fubol's summer camps are available for both boys and girls. We offer camps for players who play competitively at the club/academy or who play at the NCAA/CIS level. We run all of our camps from our facility - Empower Athletics Club - an indoor, holistic training centre for athletes. This means that no matter the weather, camp will always be "on".
What can you expect from our camps?
(2) soccer sessions a day (full day camps) (1) session a day (half day camp)
Impactful guest speakers (topics including mental health in athletes, goal setting, SAT preparation, resilience in sport, and nutrition)
Speed/agility sessions with our certified Strength & Conditioning Coach Khody
Yoga & recovery from a certified yoga teacher
Athletic testing with our certified Strength & Conditioning Coach Khody
Weight lifting in our brand new weight room (for U15-U18 camp only)
All campers will receive an Empower Futbol camp t-shirt, and a pizza lunch on Friday's
We customize our programs to suit players of various skill levels and our sessions are delivered by qualified coaches. Our focus is simple; we want each player to leave better than they were when they walked through our doors.
